Just returned from another exciting course with a Team from Philips Lighting, providing Lean Executive Training.
This dynamic team, included the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) Market Leadership team.
The aim of the course was to expose the full senior team to the Philips lean deployment tool kit and lean leadership behavioural competencies using a bespoke lean office simulation.
This 8 day event sees the delegates taken through a change curve to understand the impact of change on an organisation. In addition how different leadership competencies, described as the 14 Toyota management principles, are practically applied at the gemba whether it be in a manufacturing or office environment.
The team spent the last day developing a detailed practical plan for lean deployment in their market, and we wish them well on their Lean journey!
