Paul recently concluded his round of mid year TPM audits for Heineken in Sedibeng – a round that included audits in Europe, Asia and Africa.
In addition, to checking progress made against a set of pre-stated criteria, Paul and other members of the Henkan team coach the teams to achieve success. Particular emphasis is placed of the role of leadership in how to engage the workforce in TPM through daily control meetings, auditing and daily coaching at the Gemba. In addition, how to increase the pace sustainable loss elimination to ensure that the programme retains a strong link to improving business performance
